As thousands of people from around the globe came together to pray for Spencer in his final months, Spencer never stopped giving back. Praying for others, showing acts of kindness, bringing people closer to God. His unwavering faith and positive energy was contagious, and soon, friends, acquaintances and complete strangers who had followed Spencer's journey were inspired to spread his light.
